Guiomar Julião Sugden
Marketing Director and Co-founder
Guiomar Julião Sugden is Marketing Director and Co-founder of West Coast Portugal Real Estate, bringing to the company a wealth of experience in the fields of property, marketing, advertising, sales and business management.
A graduate in Business Management, she has over 15 years’ experience in the property sector and more than 30 years’ professional experience in marketing, advertising and sales. Fluent in English, she also has a working knowledge of Spanish and French, skills that enable her to work closely and confidently with both domestic and international clients.
Throughout her career, Guiomar has built a reputation based on honesty, integrity, responsibility and professionalism – values she considers fundamental to any relationship of trust, particularly in the property sector.
At West Coast Portugal Real Estate, she is responsible for marketing strategy, sales development, management and strategic business planning, contributing directly to the agency’s growth and market positioning.
